The language modules that make Voxtec translation systems so valuable are the result of years of careful research. In every translated language, Voxtec’s language products team along with industry subject matter experts have determined the proper phrase wording, dialect and tone that will help users command situations and collect vital information when necessary. As Voxtec translation systems are put into action in increasingly diverse situations, users will inevitably encounter situations requiring phrases and languages our existing modules may not cover.
Enter our powerful Module Builder PRO™ software, which enables users to create their own customized language modules. With Module Builder PRO™, users can develop categories and phrases specific to their industry or use-case scenarios. Phrases can then be recorded in English and all supporting target languages to create a fully-customized module.
With the help of an interpreter or fluent native speaker, you can create accurate, repeatable translations by combining English text source phrases and translated foreign language audio recordings to form complete language modules.
Windows-based program offers familiar, easy-to-use interface with toolbar icons and shortcut “hot” keys.
Pre-organized phrase lists can be imported directly from programs such as Microsoft® Word and Excel.
Design, categorize and organize phrases in Module Builder PRO™ for fast access and identification.
The included Dictionary tool allows users to correct phrase spelling and pronunciation.
Create up to 1,000 phrases per language module.
Module Builder PRO™ compresses and encodes audio files associated with each phrase and creates an executable file for installation on an SD card.
Once created and organized in Module Builder PRO™, completed modules can be saved onto multiple SD cards for wide distribution.
For the Phraselator® P2 and SQU.ID® SQ.200, customized language modules can be loaded directly onto each system using an optional USB cable, or accessed from the SD card (P2 only).
