GSA scheduled products are held to high quality requirements and standardized pricing that is already determined to be fair and reasonable. GSA allows you to purchase several ways:

Purchase Voxtec products and services through the Special Operations Equipment Tailored Logistics (TLS) Program (formerly the "Prime Vendor Contract").
In early 2009, ADS was selected by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) as a primary vendor for the TLS Program. Under the TLS Program, ADS will supply Voxtec's products and services, along with a full range of Special Operatonal Equipment to the U.S. Department of Defense, military installations, and other federal agencies, state and local governments.
If you are a part of the U.S. Government, you can take advantage of ADS' TLS Program contract to quickly obtain equipment with streamlined acquisition methods, using Government Credit Card, MILSTRIP, MIPR, or similar funds obligation vehicles.
All purchases are pre-approved by the contracting agency at DSCP prior to funds obligation. ADS works with the ordering unit/agency to identify desired Voxtec products and services, and assists in the estimate of cost, purchase and delivery.
