With over 10,000 one-way, speech-to-speech language translation systems currently in use by our customers worldwide, Voxtec has a sizable and proven track record of delivering reliable translation solutions.

The one-way language translation technology found in Voxtec systems allows English speakers to choose phrases that can be output in dozens of languages. The phrase lexicon created for each of our language modules is carefully calibrated to generate either a simple, direct command – such as “Please step out of the car” – or to generate responses that can be understood by speakers of nearly any language, such as nods, gestures, or even “yes” or “no.” We continue to refine our one-way translation systems through ongoing research and development of features that make our systems faster, more powerful, more accurate and easier to use.

Strengthened by our position as the leader in one-way speech-to-speech language translation, Voxtec has embarked on our next critical objective: Introducing the most innovative two-way translation technology to the marketplace. Two-way translation systems developed by Voxtec would translate a reply from a non-English speaking individual into English. Such systems would allow for more seamless communication between both individuals. The potential applications for such a system would be extraordinary.
